		Biltmore Park Enjoy the modern vibrance of Asheville's first mixed-use master planned community which will transform the landscape of South Asheville. A 750-acre community where everything you need is within walking distance. The new town center includes shops, banks, restaurants, movies, offices, a health club, a hotel and other convenient services, as well as parks and other welcoming spaces to relax in and meet neighbors and friends. 		Biltmore Forest One of south Asheville's oldest and finest golf course communities, the Biltmore Forest golf course and community featuring a Donald Ross designed 18 hole golf course and of course the prestigious Biltmore Forest Country Club. Biltmore Forest, which is 1600 acres or 3 square miles, is home to some of the largest estates and is one of the most desirable areas to live. Biltmore Forest is privately incorporated and has its own police force and fire protection. In 1996, 2000, and 2001 Worth Magazine listed Biltmore Forest in the top 250 wealthiest towns in the US and the states finest. Homes range from $600,000 to over $6 million.
		Biltmore Lake From the relaxing setting at the Biltmore Lake Club House to the extensive neighborhood trail system nothing has been overlooked.
